Autopilot: Using Content Rewards to drive new users to their app

Autopilot paid people to repost viral moments from a Tucker Carlson interview to get new customers using their investment app.

Check out Autopilot's Whop here.

Here's how Autopilot used Content Rewards to get more app downloads:

  • Members in Autopilot's whop got almost 2 million views for clips they reposted from a Tucker Carlson interview mentioning the app.

  • Their whop included folders of viral content to pull from, clipping tutorials, and FAQs to make it easy for anyone to start clipping.

  • Autopilot set a rate of $4 per 1k views, which was automatically paid out to users via Whop per the views each video brought in. No manual tracking or payouts needed.
  • Autopilot's high RPM brought in huge demand from clippers, who maxed out the campaign's $10k budget within a week. In that week, over 7,500 members joined their whop to start clipping.
